At Parkrun Asia Pacific, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your purchase isn't the right fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized regional courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
